IFP safeguards the transparency and efficiency of public finances, a stable, predictable and simple system of public levies, as well as the rule of law and economic freedom with regard to climate and environmental challenges.
Public finance has become secret knowledge, difficult to understand even for some experts or journalists, much less for citizens who do not deal with the issues of the national economy on a daily basis.
In response to the risk of distortion of the core of the European fiscal framework reform by the Polish authorities, the Institute of Public Finance is creating an expert, independent committee to monitor implementation of the reform to the Polish Public Finance Act.
When the government proposes system changes, it does not provide tax data, and due to this information advantage it can mislead the public when talking about the potential beneficiaries of such reforms and programs.
I appreciate your professionalism, commitment in the implementation of the assigned tasks, and the fact that you always performed your duties with the utmost care. It was a real pleasure to work with you.
