When the government proposes system changes, it does not provide tax data, and due to this information advantage it can mislead the public when talking about the potential beneficiaries of such reforms and programs.

IFP, together with a network of think tanks, will prepare a roadmap and regulations on how to open budget and taxpayer data, in order to be able to accurately calculate programs such as, for example, Polish Deal, and inform the public about the pitfalls of government solutions as well as verify who actually gains and who loses.
