Public Finances Recovery Plan is a policy paper by Slawomir Dudek and Ludwik Kotecki, published in partnership of three NGOs: Public Finance Institute, the Institute for Responsible Finance and the originator of the project Friendly State Foundation containing 25 recommendations for the new government aimed at a sustainable recovery of the public finance system.
