Experienced manager and fundraiser in NGOs, Vice President and Co-Founder of the Institute of Public Finance


Patrycja Satora is a manager and public affairs expert with over 15 years of experience in
NGO management, fundraising, and building strategic partnerships in Poland and
internationally. As Co-Founder and Vice President of the Institute of Public Finance, she is
responsible for the organization’s development, financial sustainability, relations with key
partners, and cooperation with public administration and the private sector.

Previously, she served for nearly a decade as Director of Development at the Civil
Development Forum (FOR), and subsequently as its Vice President. She also brings extensive diplomatic experience: as Deputy Consul of the Republic of Poland in Caracas, she was responsible for public diplomacy, international cooperation, and the management of projects and the embassy’s promotional and cultural budget. She has also worked with Freedom House and the Lech Wałęsa Institute on democracy-building programs in Latin America.

She is a member of the Management Board of the SmogLab Foundation. She holds degrees in Political Science and International Relations from Jagiellonian University and completed doctoral studies in Political Science and International Relations at Jagiellonian University.
