Paweł Wojciechowski

Prof. Pawel Wojciechowski

Economist, manager, academic teacher, civil servant and diplomat.

Director at Whiteshield, coordinator of the Rhine-Alpes Corridor in the EU, and professor at Wszechnica Polska University in Warsaw. In the years 2006-2020, he was the Minister of Finance, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Advisor to the Prime Minister, President of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, Ambassador to the OECD and Chief Economist at the Polish Social Insurance Institution. In 1999-2005, he was CEO of PTE Allianz Polska S.A. Earlier – president of other financial sector companies and director of the Polish Development Bank S.A. He led UNDP and USAID projects.

He was a guest lecturer at Harvard University, John Carroll University and Kozminski University. He graduated in economics from John Carroll University. Graduate of doctoral studies at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He received a Ph.D. degree from the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
