Member of the Board of the Małopolska Social Economy Fund and member of the Energy Policy Analysis Center. Also affiliated with the Kraków Municipal Holding. Previously worked at Ernst & Young, Capgemini, and the Małopolska School of Public Administration at the Cracow University of Economics. Author and co-author of over 70 scientific publications on topics including new technologies in the public sector, energy policy, and the circular economy. Co-author of the reports “Poland’s Economic Credibility Index”, “Healthy Cities Index”, and “Water City Index”.
